* Denotes product to be in violation of FDA regulations
Opinion: (01/01/02)
For the year 2001.
Five samples are National Brands, six samples are Store Brands and one sample is an Imported Brand.
42% of the brands surveyed in 2001 violated the Defect Action Level (DAL's) as set by the U.S. Government through the FDA. The Quality Control System that is in place is not working. Product in violation of DAL's is not to be placed on the market for sale to the public.
