Central Hudson Lab posted results of Herbal Supplements in November 2000 and results for Sex Herbs in April 2002. The results showed significant contamination by insects, rodents, and birds. Several Brands were "diluted" with sand.
We have now extended our Market Survey to Herbal Teas. The question being - if the industry cannot supply us with high quality product in a bottled "medication", what about a brewed product like tea? After all, tea in not ingested like a pill or food.
To answer that question we tested four brands of Herbal Tea including one import. Different varieties were chosen similar to the model for Herbal Supplements and the market survey includes the company names of the brands tested.
The results of the market survey are available in our Market Newsletter.
For the year 2002, sign up for our Market Newsletter and it will be emailed directly to you. The market survey includes company names. So if you are doing your homework, see how your competition is doing. If not, you should!
